Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

I would highly recommend the company Paul Meakin. Throughout my experience, all staff have been helpful. Their good communication has allowed us to feel reassured and has meant we were aware of any updates. In particular, I would like to thank Amelia as without her, we wouldn't have pursued the property. From the beginning, it has been a positive experience (completely different from past dealings with other big name estate agents) Amelia was welcoming, punctual, incredibly helpful, polite and trustworthy. She kindly showed us around the property answering any questions. Adam has also been brilliant at keeping us informed.

Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient: a positive house sale experience
From initial valuation to marketing prep, viewings, handling offers and keeping the sale running smoothly, Emma was a pleasure to work with. She understood our particular property; where other agents knew the road or the postcode and wanted to price compare accordingly, Emma understood the particular value of our house in terms of character, layout, orientation, potential. She also knows the local market and has good relationships with potential buyers so knew exactly who would be looking for our sort of home. Selling in the middle of a pandemic meant we needed an agent to filter out timewasters and respect hygiene guidelines, which the team did. Importantly, Emma also listened to our preferences about timing, especially around viewings - not always easy to manage in a heated market with two small children and all their stuff! - and completion (due to a long distance move). She kept up good communication throughout and helped us to sell to the right buyer at the right price within just a few weeks. The office staff were friendly and responsive to questions and helped the ongoing process run smoothly even though it took a bit longer than expected. If you’re looking to buy or sell in this area, recommended.

Paul Meakin right from the first telephone conversation to arrange a consultation to sell my late mother's house has been exceptional. Amy from the Selsdon branch was very professional when I met her at the house. The whole team have kept me up to date right the way through the sale to completion. Sam and the rest of the team at Paul Meakin have been brilliant in helping me to sell my flat. As a first time seller I was a bit unsure of the process but I was soon put at ease and I was very impressed how quickly they were able to put my property on the market. I was kept informed of all viewings and given updates after each one. Right the way through the process they were always communicative and always responded to my queries. Special thanks to Gill who had to deal with lots of queries when the buyers conveyancer had problems. I highly recommend the whole team. Thank you :)
