It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Good Customer Service Experience.
Good Customer Service Experience. Paul Meakin Estate Agents is local to me. The services and advice I get from them, especially from Allison Banks (Lettings Manager) is second to none. Whenever I contact her about our Property managed by Paul Meakin, she comes across friendly, polite and very professional. We'll definitely recommend her and the Estate Agents to friends and family.

I have been associated to Paul Meakin for approximately 15 years, during this time they have acted on my behalf as rental manager for my property and bought and sold properties both for myself and my family. As a landlord I can surely confirm that the service provided by Paul Meakin and in particular their letting manager Mrs Allison Banks service has been outstanding. Over the years I have had to deal with all the ups and downs of renting property from delays in rent to urgent maintain issues to taking legal action against a tenent who refused to pay rent or vacate my property. In terms of maintance issues PM have a competitive service and fast which I have found invaluable over the years, I as resolution of any problem is only a phone call away. I have found staff at PM very helpful and knowlegible the service provided by Alison in going through the eviction process and the advice given by her and other members of staff, for me relived some of the stress from what was a very stressful time for me and in genaral I have come to depend on rental advice provided by PM with Mrs Banks usually being my first port of call. I would have no hesitation in recomending PM to anyone regards property related matters. Their award for being the best Estate Agency for several years running is also testiment to that and thourghly deserved.
