Using the Paragon account is ok,however, logging in process could be improved with the user having the ability to show the password.

1 year cash isa application was straightforward. It was a transfer which I thought might be a more complicated process but this was not the case.
Good returns on savings with a variety of savings options. The website is easy to navigate. Transactions are completed quickly and accurately. Email communications are as needed and not excessive. Useful email advice on the savings environment more widely.
It is not acceptable, to be informed of an account reaching maturity by one day. Ten days minimum should be given to allow the investor time to decide on options.
The lady responding to my phone call was very helpful.
Having been with Paragon for a while now I can honestly say that they are one of the most effective and reliable companies I have used. Their site is extremely easy to follow and if you have a question you can always talk to a very confident team without having to wait a considerable time to get through. In my opinion best prices, best service, well done Paragon !

Speedy Application and ISA transfer. Applied online to open my account and within 48 hrs the transfer of my funds from previous provider was completed with out any fuss or bother. Very impressive service and I am happy to recommend Paragon Bank
Easy to use website and easy to open account
Easy to access, Transferred money easily and securely.
I felt confident with my lasted dealings with Paragon Bank. It was so easy to move money around and open another account with them and transfer funds. Maybe not the best interest rates but at least I've come away feeling that all has gone well and my money is still safe, not like other Banks, their system is so complicated that you come away wondering if you've done the right thing.

I like Paragon Bank as they always keep me informed of changes and give me clear and easily understood options. Before I chose an account I can easily get product information and financial services information. The layout of their website does not confuse with overcomplicated "fluffy" unnecessary design. Their rates are competitive too.
Good bank for investments, but customer service and support very poor and inefficient. Absolutely no sense when speaking to customer support, they don’t listen or carry out simple requests.
