I felt confident with my lasted dealings with Paragon Bank. It was so easy to move money around and open another account with them and transfer funds. Maybe not the best interest rates but at least I've come away feeling that all has gone well and my money is still safe, not like other Banks, their system is so complicated that you come away wondering if you've done the right thing.

First of all I got my China Visa and Laura my case manager couldn't of been more pleasant and kepted me informed every step of the way. Also she responded to all my communications very promptly. I do think the business model is designed to draw you in, and that the end price for the service is not very transparent until you have started. My final bill of £ 1,200+ was a long way from the blue button, get my visa £64:00. Also you should remember that 20% VAT is added. So it all adds up. Also there was a bit of timeline pressure applied which made it a bit stressful, but in the end I got my visa with a mouth to spare. All that said being in my seventies it did save me having to go up to the Embassy, and my paperwork was checked before it was presented by professional people used to this type of business.
