very poor experience in transferring and topping up ISA. Had to call about 5 times and always given conflicting information. Advise is terrible and almost 3 weeks later i have still not been able to top up ISA.

It was easy to open the ISA account, operate it and transfer to a new ISA. No technical issues encountered in last one year of relationship with Paragon.

I found their site very easy to navigate and understand, unlike some sites that can be very confusing. This was good as being of the 'old' generation I am very sceptical about doing things on line, so thank you.

Even I managed to complete my application which is saying something!
