Paragon Tires Reviews

Been coming here for years and they've always treated me fairly. Prices are competitive and they stand behind their work. The waiting area could use some updating but that's a minor complaint.

The tire installation went smoothly and the staff was friendly, but I had to wait almost 2 hours longer than the estimated time. They were busy and seemed understaffed that day. The end result was good though.

Appreciate that they carry multiple tire brands at different price points. Found exactly what I needed for my SUV and the installation was professional.

Got a nail in my tire on a Friday afternoon and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Reasonable price too.

These guys went above and beyond when I came in with a tire emergency. Not only did they squeeze me in without an appointment, but they also noticed my brake pads were getting thin and gave me a heads up. Honest and reliable service that's hard to find these days.

Love that they're open on Saturdays and their location is perfect for me. Service is consistently good and I've never had any issues with the tires I've purchased here. Will definitely be back.

Nothing wrong with the service but nothing exceptional either. Got my tires changed, paid a fair price, and left. Would probably shop around next time just to compare.

The technician took time to explain the different tire options and helped me understand what would work best for my driving habits. Didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive option. Installation was done properly and they cleaned up afterward.

Made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time. The work was fine once they got to it, but better time management would make this a much better experience.

Had all four tires replaced here last month and couldn't be happier. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find tires that fit my budget without compromising on quality. Installation was quick and they even checked my alignment for free.

Had an issue with a tire I purchased here 8 months ago and they honored the warranty without any hassle. Really appreciate businesses that stand behind what they sell.

The technicians clearly know what they're doing and the work quality is excellent. My only complaint is that their prices are a bit higher than some competitors in the area. That said, you get what you pay for and I felt confident in their recommendations.
