Great service from Panache, I picked up an email link re a Mediterranean cruise with Cunard. As I was using the link, a very helpful consultant (Charlene) picked up the chat box and we checked the package and what was included. She suggested I check out the deck plans and she would call me back within five minutes. Having called me back with a great selection of cabin numbers over three decks we booked exactly what we wanted.. Paid the deposit and within five minutes all the confirmations came through.. Have even had a email from Cunard welcoming to up up coming cruise.
