Stay away from Pair
Not very happy with them at all, went online, paid for a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Went to the crescent shopping centre which was 45 mins away on a Saturday to be told to come back on Monday. Came back on the Monday to be told they didn’t have it in stock, should have told me that on the Saturday! Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and have being totally ignored, no reply. No reply is a reply so gonna take this further and look to be compensated for my expenses as well. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Pair, worst customer service ever!

I had a problem with my phone , I went into Pair Blanchardstown today & they were able to fix it there & then. The young lady I dealt with was so helpful. I would highly recommend Pair

I went to purchase an iPhone charger…
I went to purchase an iPhone charger from the Blanchardstown shop and I asked the girl behind the counter for the cheapest charger with a plug, she said €35. I had checked the pair site and it said €28.99. I asked her what was the difference in price was? And could I order it to click and collect? She said ok. Point being she should have been forth coming it’s only €6 but it’s better in my pocket than their pocket. A little smug in the shop also for my liking. Would avoid giving business again to them.

iPad Screen Replacement
Book screen replacement online. Dropped iPad in for repair, very quick check in. I was told it would be ready same day if possible, i said next day would be fine so called back the following morning and it was good to go. The home button was a bit wobbly and this was fixed for me too. iPad now is good as new.
