Baught a bike. They went bump while it was under warranty still. I now have a 500pound bill for stator reg rectifyer replacement which paddocks should have sorted for me for free. I hear a rumor they re opened under the name pro moto down by bulls bank industrial estate. I used them for years with no issues. Gutted dosent even cover how I feel
The company never paid my finance off , been trying to contact them no answer on what app or calls, Can any one tell me if the company is still open thanks
Absolutely brilliant team to deal with. Luke and Ellie are both friendly welcoming and honest salespeople. I have recently px’d my bike with them. Craig brought my new bike to me and he was very helpful indeed. Excellent team

Great company to deal with. Love the bike I purchased. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the fan didn’t work on the bike I purchased. As I didn’t use the bike for around four months after purchasing it (due to not having a licence at that point) the fan issue was never noticed. I’m sure the company would of sorted it if I had found out sooner but that is down to me not knowing in time. Wanted to put a constructive comment as it could be helpful to the company to double check bikes but it also could of happened after purchase. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Keep up the good work. 👍

Bought bike June this year had few problems but paddock true too there word and all fixed now thanks . Great service very professional and very happy with bike .
