Baught a bike. They went bump while it was under warranty still. I now have a 500pound bill for stator reg rectifyer replacement which paddocks should have sorted for me for free. I hear a rumor they re opened under the name pro moto down by bulls bank industrial estate. I used them for years with no issues. Gutted dosent even cover how I feel
The company never paid my finance off , been trying to contact them no answer on what app or calls, Can any one tell me if the company is still open thanks
Absolutely brilliant team to deal with. Luke and Ellie are both friendly welcoming and honest salespeople. I have recently px’d my bike with them. Craig brought my new bike to me and he was very helpful indeed. Excellent team

Fantastic service from a great team. From the first call to Luke I knew I was going to place an order with him. Top bloke! He managed to secure me a build slot with the factory and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Offered me a great on my trade in’s and was always there to answer any questions. My bike was delivered on Thursday and I couldn’t be happier. The service manager Andy, had his guys fit all my extras and properly sorted me out, on what was essentially an open check book for labour hours to install everything. Not forgetting the delightful Ellie was always a joy to deal with. As a team these guys smash it out of the park and the happiness generated by all is highly infectious! Thanks guys for getting me my dream bike! Not to forget the delivery chap (sorry didn’t ask your name), on time and the again another professional and lovely guy.

I recently bought a Ducati Monster 821 from this amazing team of people. From start to finish, Luke gets 12 out of 10! Having noticed some small damage, to the tank, they had it repaired, resprayed and new stickers added, at no cost to me. They fit a tank pad I bought separately as a favour. Luke had a new battery fitted before delivery because he was not happy with the existing one. To top it all, they delivered the bike for free, 2.5 hours away from their garage. WOW, I have never had service or help like this in decades. Top marks to everyone in the team; every time I called, the team was helpful and friendly. I took the bike to a Ducati specialist a few weeks after delivery to have some customisation. The mechanic said the bike was in mint condition and that even the oil Paddocks had put in for the service before the delivery was "quality stuff!" Something I would never know, but they did the right thing anyway. Thanks, Luke and team, for the fantastic service; this is my first ever bike, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Having bought many motorcycles over the years,it was nice to deal with such friendly people, especially Ellie and luke,I bought a used yamaha tracer 900gt and it was mint Condition, and was ready as promised for me to collect as arranged,on my first day,I clocked up 150+miles on it,and I'm very happy with the bike,and about to go on a tour of Scotland on it,I highly recommend trying paddock motorcycles, I'll certainly use them again,thanks Ellie and like for a hassle free buying experience 😀
