P1 Travel is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Austria Grand Prix was a wonderful weekend again!
Only the tickets I bought was at the grandstand first row! I would not do that again. My son couldn’t see much behind the fence and a tractor blocked our view.
It was an disappointment.
It’s a lot of money for two tickets, but they are not word it on the first row.
Last year we where on the redbull F sector, you can see 70% of the track for only €295 per ticket. Then you can enjoy your race.
I booked 3 tickets for 2 football matches whilst in Italy. Napoli vs Juventus and Lazio vs Fiorentina. I received the tickets the week before the games and had no issue getting into the ground at either stadium. Would definitely use P1 again for future football weekends away.
Watch the small print. I bought a pair of tickets without noting hidden deep within the purchasing process and in very small type that they might be separate. (I don’t know how you could get together.) i was reccomended by p1 travel to sit separately to my 11 year old daughter at a football match. When I asked whether this was company policy, they found me a pair in a cheaper area without offering any partial refund. If it goes well, you will be fine. But woe betide you if there’s a problem or something out of the ordinary because these guys will stiff you.
(EDIT: I am adding this at a later date because i can't reply to the equivoication given by the company below. I did receive an alternative offer of vastly inferior seating with no financial compensation and with no apology for suggesting I leave an 11 year old girl alone in a footbal ground. However, I only extracted this seating after rude and dimissive attitudes from the company's operatives and a considerable amount of pressure on the organisation.
The main thing is though that the information that seating may not be together is so hard to find that it is tantamount to a falsehood. I would never use this company again. Because I know that they have a monopoly to tickets that you want, I can't in all good faith say "don't use them". However I strongly advise you not to trust them an inch and to treat anything they say skeptically. They are utterly unscruplous. It is so sad that companies like these leach on our love of sport.)
The whole process using P1 travel for Chelsea v Wolves hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. The value for money and the customer service and ease of use was exceptional. Would definitely use again and recommend to others
Hi the overall experience receiving the tickets after purchasing them was not what I would’ve expect, however this has not put me off using P1 travel in the future. Would like to add the cost of the hospitality at Manchester United was not value for money.
Regards
Les.
