Sarcastic Customer Services
Placed order, informed out of stock, choose anther option or refund, I enquired costs of alternative or how long until my order was re-stocked. Was told no idea when stock would be in, did I want another option? Yes to other option but how much was it? Was told order sent and did i want the option too. Responded i was confused as was told it was out of stock, only for some extremely sarcastic customer services minion to tell me it was sent as it was in stock and they always dispatch immediately on receipt of order! I suggest you don't speak to your customers like idiots, and look forward to an apology!!

UPDATE - Paid for express next day delivery on a Thursday as I urgently needed the medication. The delivery was not made until the FOLLOWING Thursday. Seven days later. I would not recommend. Awful customer service. Ordered medication Thursday for express delivery Saturday as it was urgently required. They contacted me on Friday with a query, which I responded to within three minutes. Two hours later I sent another response asking if it will arrive by Saturday as I paid Β£11 for express delivery. Another two hours later and their offices are now closed, and by the looks of it the item was not shipped.
