Truly awful
Truly awful. Placed an order but the prescription was denied (for a solid reason), so no problem with that part of the process. HOWEVER, when I then got my credit card statement I could see that they had charged me anyway. I then logged into my account at Oxford Online Pharmacy but was not allowed to do anything about getting a refund. I then tried calling them, but they just do not answer the phone (was left hanging on for an eternity) I then emailed them at the "info" email address as instructed by their website (where they say they will reply next day), and now we are 3 days later & they are just ignoring the email. Absolute rubbish service.
