Placed order, informed out of stock, choose anther option or refund, I enquired costs of alternative or how long until my order was re-stocked. Was told no idea when stock would be in, did I want another option? Yes to other option but how much was it? Was told order sent and did i want the option too. Responded i was confused as was told it was out of stock, only for some extremely sarcastic customer services minion to tell me it was sent as it was in stock and they always dispatch immediately on receipt of order! I suggest you don't speak to your customers like idiots, and look forward to an apology!!
