Competitive price. Great value for money. The car pick up point was only 50 metres or so from the terminal..and easy to find. Very quick arranging the car too. Probably the best car hire arrangement we have ever had. Car was almost new too, hybrid, and very economical. Would highly recommend ..

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante con Orbit Car Hire. Desde diciembre de 2024 estoy reclamando un cobro injustificado realizado por la empresa de alquiler Movis, en el aeropuerto de Marrakech, a través de ellos. Envié toda la documentación por correo electrónico y me respondió una persona llamada Tatiana, diciendo que contactarían con la empresa y me informarían. A día de hoy, abril de 2025, sigo sin recibir ninguna respuesta. Lo que más me molesta es la falta total de seguimiento y atención al cliente. Si el importe hubiera sido más alto, seguramente también se habrían desentendido. Recientemente, al intentar reservar un coche por Check24, me apareció Orbit Car Hire como intermediario y recordé esta mala experiencia. Cancelé la reserva de inmediato. Además, el bono de reserva que envían por correo no detalla las coberturas del seguro adicional contratado, simplemente dice "seguro premium", sin aclarar qué incluye. Esto da lugar a malentendidos y después alegan que ciertos daños no están cubiertos. En resumen: muy mala atención al cliente y políticas poco transparentes. No repetiré.

Just the middle man.
Orbit passed the contract to OK Mobility but I did contact them with a query prior to the hire and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I might not recommend OK Mobility due to the undue pressures when collecting the car regarding upgrading and insurance, but the car itself was great (included the upgraded media options they had tried to sell me!) and returning the car was easy with the full deposit returned.
