I tried placing an order online this morning at 10:20am. Unfortunately, the payment area kept telling me they were not accepting credit or debit cards. I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone kept me on hold for 49 minutes. I hung up called back and she then transferred me to a young lady that was trying to get information from me to complete an order I tried to place on 10/7/19 which didn't happen. I did resend the order to Miss. Judith which was very accommodating but I still couldn't believe the lady that originally answered the phone kept me on hold for 49 minutes. She said she was checking into the problem but I told her she should've communicated that with me. Keeping a customer on hold without communicating the status of the call is unacceptable.

I love these flavorings. I use them in cooking and in making smoothies. Shipping is fast and the bottles are safely packed. I am planning another order within the next few weeks.

There's a problem with the rubber top squeezer being stuck to almost all my oon flavors. Am I the only one? Ty raeanna garcia

This is some of the best flavoring I've bought.its spot on flavor.wish they made more flavors or some "one shot" concentrates.if they did that this would be just hands down the best for diy!

Tastes extremely artificial, I know these help people experience flavor while on a diet but I couldn’t enjoy any of the ones I got.

You don't have a zero option Its 3 days from being a month since I ordered it. I haven't received my order that I paid for the day I ordered it. Your tracker says it is still being prepared to be shipped. This is ridiculous.

Since I first ordered I have not had any regrets. I plan on ordering again in the near future. I'm very pleased and happy with all the products.

I would not buy these again. I received flavors like pie crust that I would never use. I also received them poorly packaged when I opened the plastic envelope they came in, they leaked inside the envelope and everything was wet inside so I just threw the whole package in the trash!!! Never ordering them again. You all need to get your act together!

Great flavorings! Bought a Keto assortment and enjoying them all! Especially love the corn bread, vanilla pound cake, blueberry, & raspberry flavors!

I love these flavorings, they taste great, save me on carbs and allow me to have all sorts of flavors on hand for anything.
