I tried placing an order online this morning at 10:20am. Unfortunately, the payment area kept telling me they were not accepting credit or debit cards. I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone kept me on hold for 49 minutes. I hung up called back and she then transferred me to a young lady that was trying to get information from me to complete an order I tried to place on 10/7/19 which didn't happen. I did resend the order to Miss. Judith which was very accommodating but I still couldn't believe the lady that originally answered the phone kept me on hold for 49 minutes. She said she was checking into the problem but I told her she should've communicated that with me. Keeping a customer on hold without communicating the status of the call is unacceptable.
