I can only give a 4 star because the flavors haven't arrived yet. But I was impressed on how quickly you began filling my order.

Excellent delivery, website and products!!!

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because I believe the shipping costs to be insanely overpriced. Unfortunately, all the other sites offering this or a comparable product are also gouging vis-a-vis delivery charges. I love you site, I love the product, I am disgusted by the cost of delivery. :)

I recently placed an order for a gallon of flavor with 2 day AM shipping. After 48 hours without a shipping confirmation I reached out. I was told that gallon orders take an additional 7-10 days and that their policy is on the website. I finally found this policy buried in the FAQ section. If this policy had been in the website footer as "shipping policy" or "fulfillment policy" I would have seen it. If the fulfillment policy had been asterisked in the product description or at checkout, I would have seen it. If I had seen this policy, I wouldn't have placed this order. I've had a similar issue with other online companies like this one before, but I've never been met with such a callous or short sited response. I've been told my order cannot be cancelled so Ill be paying in full for product I can't use and ill be paying expedited shipping for an item that wont ship until days after I was expecting it delivered. There are a number of ways this could have been handled. If they had even sent a note in the order confirmation about the fulfillment time I could have responded immediately. Unfortunately OOO Flavors seems to value a one time 200 dollar purchase over a potential lifetime customer. If you need your product on any sensitive timeline, I wouldn't advise working with this company. As a company, you shouldn't be offering expedited shipping at 5X plus rates without also clearly stating your fulfillment policy.

The corn extract was right on the money. The mashed potato extract, not so much. Delivery was efficient.

I am rating the company response. The product was shipped quickly. Otherwise, I have not had a chance to use the products.

The diet ginger ale flavor was undrinkable - the service, packaging, and delivery were great - so disappointed

Ordering from the website was easy, the number of flavors they have is mind-blowing! My package arrived by regular USPS but other shipping options are available. The glass containers were bubble wrapped & intact. The receipt was in the package along with a personal business card. The flavors are pretty good enough for not being the real thing. I'm using the flavors to add variety to my KETO diet. I wish I had known about these flavor concentrates earlier! My mashed cauliflower now tastes more like mashed potatoes & almond bread tastes more like corn bread. Soon I'll try the bread flavors & hope they consider adding more keto-friendly savory flavors. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future. I would highly recommend giving them a try since the price is so reasonable.

The honey has a ok taste to start but has a after taste that is not good. Really sad I go two!

You could have concentrated this alot more so I didn't have to use 1/2 the trial bottle to get any flavor. Just saying.

I’ve had to double the flavorings for some of the recipes, so my bottles are going down fast.

I wrote a review a couple days ago too. I'm sure the flavors are good but one leaked all over inside the box and I could smell it before opening the package. Everything inside the package smells so strongly I can't stop the smell with even three ziplock bags. I want to use them and I'm sure they work great with just a couple drops... but leaked onto all the bottles IT IS OVERWHELMING

The website was easy to use and well organized to find flavors. More importantly, it seemed that I received my order extremely quick. The turn around time was short which is really great to know since if we ever run out of a flavor or need a new flavor we would get it fast. Thank you so much!
