I received the bacon flavour which I thought was disgusting I called customer service and they said that I cannot have a refund or return

Haven't got this order yet but I was very impressed with my first order. You guys responded right away, shipped my order the same day and the quality of the flavors was excellent. Also, the communication was spot on. So far, the best company to order from, just wish you sold clothes, haha.

Flavors were good but it took me a bit to figure out how to open them up.

I have extensive, severe food allergies and intolerances -- so extensive that rather than try to run them all past a manufacturer, I just need to see the full retail label to see what the ingredients are in a product and check for production contamination (ex. "processed in a facility that also processes..." or "may contain..."). So, I contacted the company to ask these questions, starting with the most important one. Well, first, my contact, sent through their own form, got eaten by a spam filter. Once I talked to a chat agent live they noticed this and got me my first answer. The rest of my questions were handled by a customer service agent by email, and it was pretty clear she was skimming rather than reading in depth (ex. I listed 3 "example" intolerances as part of my explanation asking for product label images and why I needed the full ingredient list, etc., making it very clear these were just examples and I had a whole spreadsheet more of them; and she sent a reply letting me know my 3 examples wouldn't be a problem. That's great and all, but it doesn't answer or even acknowledge my actual need to be able to check the rest of my intolerances.) So, I ended up buying sample sizes, sight unseen, even knowing this site doesn't accept returns, so if it turns out I can't have these, I'm just out the money. My choice, yes; but being listened to would've been better. EDIT: It turned out the samples I was sent didn't even HAVE retail packaging, a detail they could have told me when I explicitly told them I was just going to order the samples and read the packaging. So they knew I was about to waste my money and that was fine by them. Take from that what you will. Rating lowered from two stars to one.

I love all the flavors. But what keeps me Coming back is the variety of sizes too. My mom uses the creme brûlée in her tea every morning so I have to keep her stocked 😊

They got my order shipped amazingly fast! I think it was within an hour both times. I haven't used the wheat bread flavor yet, but I did use the mashed potato flavor yesterday. I haven't had hash browns for almost 2 years now and wanted something with that flavor to put my over easy eggs on. I made a loaf of King Arthur Flour Keto wheat blend flour bread and added 3 drops per cup of flour. Previously the loaf had almost no scent when it baked. This time it actually smelled like bread baking. In trying a piece while it was still warm it tasted good and previously it would be bland. I couldn't tell what the taste was, all I knew was that it was good. Next time I'll try a few more drops. First get the potato flavor bread perfected then try the wheat bread flavor. S far I'm a happy user, if my bread gets no better (it will) I'm happy with what I have.

Product tasted stale and customer service was totally unhelpful when contacted.

Purchased smokey bacon flavor and chatted with OOO Flavors to make sure I used proper amounts. To suggest that this product even remotely flavors food as smokey bacon is less than honest. It doesn't give the slightest impression of bacon flavor.

I did not get any cola or cherry cola flavor from the product. It tasted more like medicine mixed with essential oils.

Ordered 3 different flavors. 2 came sealed, one had a cracked seal and small leak. Added them in suggested amounts to 70 proof, 80 proof and 100 proof neutral spirit. No change in flavor. Doubled dosage to 5 drops per pint, all 3 tests became overly artificial...almost plastic. The cookie was the worst. The banana split had a recognizable taste but still plastic. I didn't try the butter bread bc that was the one with the cracked seal. I have to say low prices and quick delivery, but for my needs they are a no-go.

I knew something was off when I opened the package and was hit by the overwhelming smell of chemicals before even opening one of the flavors. Against my bettet judgement I opened it anyway and the chemical smell was even more over powering.

I just placed an order so I cannot review the products yet, but I was very impressed with One-on-One's customer support. I had questions about their products and my email to them was answered right away. They not only answered my question but also sent me details of the products they make. It was very interesting.

I added a few drops to riced cauliflower to which I seasoned lightly with garlic and butter and it was wonderful. I will use with shepherds pie (riced cauliflower version), and with almond flour keto fries. Very satisfied with purchase! Packaged very well and arrived quickly when I chose small package mailer.
