Customer Service at OnSite is fabulous. Mary is always there to help us out. She services our needs, often times thinks ahead and calls ahead, is always available to answer questions and gets things done.

We have never had a problem with On Site in the 18 years we have contracted with them. Ann has always been responsive to our needs and the price point is perfect.

Weren't able to use the unit at all . Didn't work right out of the gate.

Very friendly customer service. Received our portable toilet right on time. Extremely clean and delivered exactly where we wanted it. When they picked it up right on time again, and couldn't even tell they had been there! Highly recommend this company!!

We were to have had a small unit and they called two weeks before hand and asked if they could upgrade us to a bigger unit - I told them no due to the layout of our event. They needed the small unit for another event. They totally disregarded what I said and sent the bigger unit without telling us. I feel we should have been refunded some money since we did not get what we asked for and had to adjust out event layout at the last minute. We did not want the unit to be the first thing out guest saw when they came for the wedding. I find it very rude that they would call and disregard our request. The lady that called must think the customer does now know what they need or want.
