Martin is the one to speak to regarding electric matters with Scottish power

I rang the Scottish power electric company for advice on my electricity usage and meter. I spoke with a gentleman named Martin. Martin was amazing over the phone. Answered all of my questions thoroughly, offered additional help and advice, did all he could to support me and my queries. I understood all he said and when I was unsure he was happy to repeat himself. He retains a lot of knowledge and experience and this certainly reflects in his work and the call I had with him. I have not spoken to somebody as confident, thorough and knows what they are doing as much as Martin does. I personally don’t like phone calls either. He understood this and helped me through all of my queries making me feel at ease. Such a wonderful man who is absolutely fantastic at his job. I want my feedback to be noticed as he deserves a medal for his knowledge in his job. So much better and thorough than anybody else I have spoken to within the company or any other company for that matter! Thank you very much Martin!
