Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ik heb het pakket opgestuurd maar klant klaagde te laat, was 1 dag later nadat het verkocht was, ik moet wel de tijd krijgen om doos en materiaal te kopen om het te versturen. Daar moeten jullie ook wel rekening mee houden, ik kreeg een melding en voelde mij een misdadiger.

Wo ist mein Geld? Anwalt ist eingeschaltet.
Ich warte seit Monaten auf die Rückerstattung meines Geldes - ohne Erfolg. Man hört seit Wochen nichts von der OPP. Am Telefon ist auch nichts zu erreichen.
