Cost effective, process driven and finally your luck depends on the advocate allocated to you!
1. The first advocate allocated to me was not doing an honest job and I got her replaced. 2. The second advocate also missed a couple of points, but she got it mostly right. 3. Maybe OLI can provide a tool to your legal team to run a grammar check. 4. Overall, it is cost effective. 5. The callback system is not very effective. I get calls when I have not requested for callback. And when I want to discuss with my advocate, it raises a callback request. 6. OLI needs to consider an inbuilt mechanism to allow messaging or other forms of collaboration, apart from the schedule a call back on phone. 7. The uploads document section has to be thought through to me made more practical. For example, it says to put all financial documents in one PDF, which may not always be possible. It does not have space to upload all correspondence in one shot. 8. I may go for further legal services.
