My house number is 7 and my address is,,,,
It went to 26 and a complete different address I contacted yodel and told them the delivery guy never came near my address, I have a ring doorbell and three cameras on my drive, it was only to the honesty of the woman who got the order dumped at her door who contacted me! I had to get in my car and drive there to get it!!
Had ordered sheets in double but got single ones. No problem, sorted it out asap and sent replacements very quickly without hessitation. Great customer service. I will deffo be ordering again. Quality of products great prices fantastic. Thank you OHS. ππππ

I'd ordered a garden egg chair from OHS via Amazon, which was delivered promptly but there was a minor issue with some of the raffia binding. I raised a query with Amazon, and OHS replied very shortly afterwards offering options of return & full refund, or replacement, or a 25% refund. As the damage was repairable, I opted for the partial refund which was dealt with a few hours later. I was very happy with this outcome and impressed with the OHS customer support (thank you Luke!)
My order was coming in different parcels as one had stated it was a pre order, when it didn't arrive on that date, I contacted customer services who replied immediately and explained the issues which was out of their ands but it was sorted and I had an update next day with more information. I had a slight issue when parcel arrived. But again replied immediately and the issue was resolved same day π
