Everything good but delivery a nightmare! Although it was down to Yodel who had the job to deliver!! My house number is 7 and my address is,,,, It went to 26 and a complete different address I contacted yodel and told them the delivery guy never came near my address, I have a ring doorbell and three cameras on my drive, it was only to the honesty of the woman who got the order dumped at her door who contacted me! I had to get in my car and drive there to get it!!

Terrible customer service. Item came faulty I returned as quickly as they wanted promise a replacement. I emailed every day for a week had no response now I’ve had a response saying one will be sent out but had a refund so it’s not being resent then? Awful customer service wouldn’t purchase from here again

Placed an order , ( have used the company before without issue) part of the order arrived in good time, 1 part took over 3 weeks! I'd contacted them to discuss my issue , sent the relevant information and the responses were very slow indeed. Would I order again? not sure, the items are fine and decent quality but a real acid test is how quickly and smoothly queries/problems get resolved and sadly I have to say I was not impressed with the aftersales service here.....Answers to emails sounded like they were computer generated or templated, no personal touch really at all.
