Consultation ok but delivery is by Royal Mail and next day delivery takes 2 days
Used for the past 5 years. Perfect service, quick, informative, simple
Quick respond and good delivery times thankfull
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Don't waste your money. Appalling customer service. I spent GBP400 on a course of vaccines, but never received a follow up email from Lloyds to book an appointment for them, nor did I receive any reminder emails over the next few months that I had an outstanding balance with Lloyds Pharmacy that I had not yet used, despite the fact that it would have been obvious that I had not started the course of three vaccines. I was travelling at the time, and forgot to follow up, but once I remembered all I received was a chatGPT-generated response that my prescription had 'expired' and that they will not issue a new one or refund me. They are "sorry that it is not what I hoped for" but very happy to keep my GBP400 for not delivering a cancer vaccine. I would like to know what percentage of online sales are actually fulfilled to completion, and how much of Lloyds profitability is based on customers missing the arbitrarily imposed deadline. I work in service delivery company that offers much less important commercial services, and our legal team would never allow us to keep a customers prepayment while also not delivering a service, no matter what terms they had clicked on to accept during a dodgy black friday sale. You would expect a pharmacy to have more considerate customer service, seeing as they are dealing with patients health concerns, but you would be wrong.

All went very wrong. I couldn’t believe myself that a pharmacist with the reputation such as Lloyds would be scamming people using WEGOVY prescriptions. I ordered my prescription online following all the guidelines and required forms for afterwards receive a message from Lloyds requiring me to upload a live video of my face, full body stepping in a scale holding my ID prior to receiving my prescription. It’s ridiculous and more ridiculous it’s their technology because their system doesn’t allow the upload to complete and I have a fast Wi-Fi also a 4G. For 2 weeks I’ve tried to complete it, talk to Llloyds customer service to find another way of proof my weight and ID unsuccessful. Today I requested to cancel my order. Their customer service assistance try to hold you because on the web page there are small letters saying that after 6 weeks if they don’t receive your videos they’ll cancel your order without a refund! It’s a scam! I opened a claim today. Waist of time, too much stress, awful and I thought I could trust Lloyds Pharmacists! Disgusting
