Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I completed my on-line consultation and within minutes arrangements were in place for me to receive my medication via the direct debit mechanism and sure enough, my package arrived I the post a few days later. We'll done to all involved.
