Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Item never arrived courier couldn’t provide any photo of my front door , item could easily be posted as very small, mystery to me why wasn’t posted through my letterbox? Clearly Evri driver never visited site and just screenshot the street map off google to add to “proof of delivery”

My order never arrived, they kept the money

I ordered two boxes of covid tests, they never arrived. I tried contacting them, they started messing me about. There is no way to get your money back, I have to raise a dispute with the bank now. Avoid Lloyds pharpacy like the plague!

ATTENTION: THEY USE EVRI (HERMES). BE AWARE YOUR MEDICATION NEEDS CONSTANT COLD AND COULD LOSE EFFECTIVENESS IF DELAYED (which happens often)

Why on earth they decided it was a good idea to use EVRI as their delivery partner for weight loss medication that is temperature-controlled just like if you were buying clothing from ASOS? People should be aware: The peptides of this medication need constant fridge temperature, between 2 and 8 degrees. If the medication reaches over 8 degrees, which can happen if transportation is delayed over 48 hours, you must administer the 4 doses within 21 days. After 21 days, it's not safe or effective. But most importantly, if temperatures go up 30°C, the peptides of the medication die and you end up with worthless and expensive medication. I received the medication 5 days after. EVRI lost the package, as it often happens. Lloyd uses a package that they say "guarantees temperatures for 72 hours". Who has assessed that? The they sent an email saying: Don't worry, the package is good to keep temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees for up to 3 days. Also, who knows the conditions of the EVRI depot? In summer? Are they sure they didn't kept it in a place where temperatures can reach over 30 degrees? inside a van for example? I expect a courier service that is reputable! It's not really a lot asking for this, given that EVRI is embroiled in constant issues. Imagine paying £300 for the highest dose and either running out and have all the time wasted or being sent a medication which effectiveness or safety cannot be guaranteed due to poor transport conditions. No thank you. I rather pay a few quid more to have guaranteed next delivery with a reputable courier, such as DPD. And also guaranteed next day. Seems wholly unprofessional and probably worth complaining to the General Pharmaceutical Council for deciding to transport temperature-controlled medication with EVRI. PLEASE CHANGE DELIVERY PARTNER!
