Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Infection in my leg.

Went into the chemist to ask advice he told me to go straight to a&e which I did. Thanks to the pharmacist i had got septicaemia a very bad infection in my leg from an insect bite.

Bypass Dr Receptionist

Incredibly easy and straight forward. I would definitely recommend and I will use the service again. No more arguing with draconian doctors receptionists. Good bye battle axes.

Paid, but no product and no one can say when!

When I paid, I wasn't told there was a delay. I went through all the processes and then I was expecting to get it next day, as per the website. When I queried where the tracking number was I go the response that Evri will let me know when it's coming and once they send it it'll be 3-5 days!!! I emailed to say this is poor customer service and of course no response. I would check the time frame again before parting with cash as close to Β£200 is now tied up until I don't know when! Not good!
