Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

The process was easy
The process was easy, but it took two days to get my medication. I actually phoned the clinic and got some before they were delivered. Due to me wanting to stop the infection before it developed

My delivery never arrived
My delivery never arrived. I asked for Evri to deliver my prescription to the local post office and the package is boxed even though it could. Otherwise fit through the letter box. Even donβt deliver the package i stead sent it back to Lloyds. After waiting a week I used another supplier who delivered within 24 hours. Poor service and poor customer service.
