My delivery never arrived

My delivery never arrived. I asked for Evri to deliver my prescription to the local post office and the package is boxed even though it could. Otherwise fit through the letter box. Even don’t deliver the package i stead sent it back to Lloyds. After waiting a week I used another supplier who delivered within 24 hours. Poor service and poor customer service.
