Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Website is easy to navigate and the online consultation is questionnaire based. If you are already registered your previous consultations are logged making the process faster. I was able to find and pay for the medication I require quickly and I had a fast response from the doctor authorising the prescription. Free delivery by evri courier.

Thinking of getting your weightloss medication from Lloyds Online Doctor service? Please be aware of a small print T&C which states that they 'may' (i.e. will) retain 50% of your payment if you request a refund. We fell foul of this, we didn't receive any goods we just failed to complete the assessment process.
