Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Quick pharmacy response-online

I can contact the pharmacy online and usually get a fast response. Any problems are sorted quickly and any questions are answered. So much better service than my nearest brick pharmacy.

False positive test result returned

Tests are sent out quickly and results are sent back quickly which is great. However I used the female STI test and received a false positive for syphilis. This was confirmed as negative at sexual health clinic, however in telling my partner about this initial result ruined the relationship I had. We both were given the medication due to this result when it wasnt required. The trauma caused by this result cannot be repaired. Lloyds did not make it clear that a false positive was a possibility and could actually be very likely, I was told it was very serious and I was not reassured. I have had a few weeks of hell due to this and the loss of a person in my life. Also, it is very difficult to extract enough blood from your fingers using only 3 lancets provided. I would not recommend buying the hiv/syphilis test kit and just go to the sexual health clinic, however if you just need a chlamydia/gonhorea test rapidly then this is adequate.

In depth assessment of suitability

The review was very good, in depth assessment of your overall health status and suitability for the requested medication. A tip for those intending to use the service it helps a great deal to have details of your health status to hand. (normal blood pressure etc.) In my case it was easy as I had these details available. I found the actual presentation very easy to follow.
