Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Questionable suggested alternate medications
I required a new prescription of the pill, it was easy to do the consultation and get the prescription without needing to take the time off work. However, what I found slightly alarming is that when you need to put your height and weight, when I received the confirmation of my prescription through it then suggested due to my BMI I could also get diet pills. I think it's really alarming that these are suggested with no prior questions asked. I have actually already lost 12kg in the last year and am training for a half marathon, having had surgery a few months ago and seen many doctors in person. I can confirm I am a healthy and active woman. I find it really worrying these are suggested with no medical backing, such as whether someone may have an eating disorder and be triggered, how active they are, or even if these drugs should be taken at the same time. I really feel this could be done better.

Hopeless delivery service
They seem to consign valuable package to a courier and it is random luck if it is ever delivered. Your order disappears into a black abyss and you've lucky ever to hear of it again.
