Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

No delivery no response
Two deliveries of medicine requiring next day delivery both not happened due to appalling service by Evri. Not their fault ( other than choosing evri as their supplier) but despite asking for their help by chat and direct message radio silence all day. Not great service.
