Quick respond and good delivery times thankfull
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I purchased a service of 3 No. HPV. It turns out not all the branches provides the vaccination, and they cannot tell you which of their branches can do it so you need to make phone call to ask all the pharmacies yourself. It is time consuming and frustrating. You will need to travel to a distant location to get the service, which means you may need to sacrifice a work day or two to do so. Last but not the least, the service will expire in 6 months so AVOID IF YOU CAN. [Updates on 22 August 2024] The customer service of the Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor told me that the terms of purchase was only shown before the customer placed the order. After that, the customers will not receive documents and reminder. They keep remind me it is my fault, and I aware of that. I felt so sad with all the experience I've been through the service.
