Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Fee was immediately taken from my account (Β£162) around lunchtime I was given a choice of several pharmacies to collect the medication from I chose the nearest which was a 20 minute drive away The pharmacy didn't answer my calls so after several failed attempts to clarify if my meds were ready for collection I drove to the pharmacy just before it was due to close This pharmacy +Well in Hall Green) hadn't got them in store and stated they'd never had them in store. The pharmacist at Well wasn't at all helpful, apologetic or even, at the very least, a friendly soul I wouldn't say my experience was a good one so .. 1 star β
