Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Thorough but easy consultation

The on-line consultation was great because, whilst thorough, it was well laid out and so easy to complete. The Doctor gave a quick response and this made it much easier than trying to get to a local GP these days!

Where is my delivery

Item dispatched on 29th January 2025. EVRi received package on 29th January at 21:05. 30th January EVRi advise the delivery has been delayed and that they hope to send it next working day...... today 13th February I am still awaiting delivery. EVRi are useless to say the least!!!!!
