Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Once I decided on what treatment I wanted, I had to resubmit the form twice as it didn't save. This was annoying as I had an email to say click here and complete no need to redo request yet I had to do the request! Once done GP review was quick although no follow up email to say items ready to collect from pharmacy Another thing is the lack of convenient pharmacies for collection ok if you drive but not for us who use public transport

Very Poor customer service. Untrustworthy

Poor customer service. Tried to get answers regarding treatment via email. Apparently they tried to call - couldn’t verify this. Very misleading. First prescription was for 18 days of medication when the course is 12 weeks. Doesn’t make sense. All dosage at 0.5mgs so have to take up to 4 tablets per day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Late delivery

Late delivery. Send email requesting refund (which was promptly ignored). Didn’t even want to leave one star in this review. Terrible service all round.

Poor Delivery

Poor Delivery After a lost parcel from EVRI after a week for what should have been next day delivery and lots of communications with Customer Services. A new order was sent out one week later and that did arrive. So the jury is still out about the delivery. I'd rather pay more for delivery to ensure it's delivered on time. But Lloyd's Pharmacy were very apologetic about it so I've upgraded the scoring.
