Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Great service, terrible delivery partner
The service itself is outstanding, but it is reliant on an unreliable delivery partner so you may get your medication on time, or you may need to wait the whole weekend after a failed Friday delivery. Not great for prescription medication
