Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I am happy and satisfied cuz they provide the right treatment for me. They continuously check on me to see how I’m feeling. You can always communicate with the doctors and they will communicate back. I also get a lot of dietary advice and health advice. I feel very safe.
