Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I have been taking Mounjaro for just over 4 months. Weight loss has been good and steady. So far I have lost 2 stone 4 pounds. In my experience consultations, advice, support, service and delivery have all been excellent. I have felt very supported in my weight loss journey with quick responses where any advice was requested. Online doctors were quick to contact me when they thought I may not be taking the medication properly. There were no issues, but I had ordered early on my second pen, as I wasnβt sure about supply from what I had read in the press. All prescriptions, once approved, have been dispatched and delivered promptly in well insulated chiller packs. I would recommend LloydsPharmacyOnlineDoctor 100%.

Paid a premium to use Lloyds for my first Mounjaro pen back in August 24. They used Evri (of all people) to deliver the pen. It took 3 days to arrive, ice packs melted, however as it was my first pen this was ok. However the box was flattened and the security seals on the medication were all broken which is not exactly what you want from a subcut injection. They told me it was still fine to use. Iβve since used the smaller family run pharmacies and they are MUCH better and cheaper.
