AVOID Item was delivered to wrong address. Not their fault but Royal Mail state that you have to contact the sender for them to make a claim. Have contacted and provided proof and they have chosen to ignore me.

I placed and order from them 2 weeks ago for x 3 nasal sprays. Only received x 1. I have emailed them, phoned them, and they say not available. I filled in the contact us form which then said oops sorry doesn't work. I have now sent a letter in the post, however I don't expect anything from them. They took £17.12 form me for nothing. Terrible company Do Not Use Them!!!
Very disappointed in my whole experience with the company and service provided. 3 or 4 emails sent to get a replacement for the wrong item they supplied. Item was returned to them in the same packaging as it was sent to me in and I was then informed when they received it back it looked used and they were not able to resell or give me a refund. Great prices and fast delivery. Messaged them because I thought the parcel hadn't shipped and they responded immediately showing me it had been delivered, so great response time for a mistake that was mine.

Order placed on a Monday. Was sent the following day. Received by Royal Mail the day after that. Excellent service. Will return for repeat prescription. Thank you very much.
Placed order on 06 July. Cancelled 3 hours later. Promised to refund within 48 hours. Nothing. And no response to emails or calls. I see the same issues reported by others. Please avoid this company. Reported to Action Fraud. Established in March 2011. How have this company not been shut down and prosecuted in that time?

Amazing Customer service and very fast delivery.
Placed my order, it was accepted and my money was taken. The order was then rejected. I sent four emails, asking for my refund, each containing the order reference, my mobile number and email address. These were completely ignored. Don't waste your time trying to call them, they don't pick up. 10 MINUTES! after leaving a negative review on trustpilot, I get a sickening email from them saying they tried to contact me but were unable, customer care and satisfaction was a priority blah, blah, blah. So two faced. Also, i am a bit suspicious of all their website reviews.. Great this, great that. How many customers does this company swindle out of their money in a year. A lot, i suspect. Shop elsewhere, there are an abundance of decent businesses out there. Thank you Trustpilot!
This company are a delight to order from. The service is spot on - reliable and speedy. I have used them on a number of occasions for hay fever medication. The range of items is very good with quality products at very competitive prices. On one occasion I had an incorrect item - after a brief email the response was so quick!! The resolution was excellent and there was no quibble or questions asked - I sent a photo of the invoice and item. Easily resolved. Just what I want from any business. Just all round fab !!
As others have stated this is a scam company. Will take your money, then reject your order and not refund your money. Had to go through my credit card to get my money back.
Dreadful .items substituted for a product i cannot use .when contacted they said in my order statedmitems could be substituted i could not see this ion my original order .as they state they will not refund items in poor condition i could not return the items as they had been damaged in the post .this is the worst service i have hadform an online company ever . The item then sent is much cheaper than the one i had ordered
