Great customer service
We were intially delivered 9x 2m cables instead of 3m cables by mistake, as part of a larger order - I honestly hadn't even noticed, before a replacement box was sent with 9x 3m cables the following day. A written message inside apologised for the mistake, and saying no need to return the 2m ones! It was great service, really appreciated it.

Fantastic service. Ordered items in the evening which arrived next day which was completely unexpected. One package got lost by Fedex but was soon put right by Onestopcable.shop and followed up without my chasing. Impressive and will definitely order from these guys again.
