I started a ONE AZ CU account a few years ago and I will say the reason I am such a loyal member and reccomend this CU to others is because of Wendy Helmes. She has helped me with so many financial decisions and she has never been wrong. Always quick to meet with me with a hug and a smile. Always professional, supportive, wealth of knowledge, and is an absolutely amazing human. People don't trust banks but we do trust people! Wendy is my trust within my financial institution and am so happy that I have chosen to work with ONE AZ! Thank you for being more than a bank and giving us a place for people to work with people.

Had some issues with getting an account set up and going as we were told. After almost a year with no results I contacted the office and talked to Christina Beltran. In approximately 30 minutes all the issues were resolved. What a remarkable person to have help. Without a doubt, the best customer service I have had in a long time. At first it didn’t show anything, but she kept trying. Through her efforts, she found the payment, and a sigh of relief from me.
