I had a question regarding a payment…
I had a question regarding a payment that was sent through bill pay. I spoke with Patricia Reyes, who went above and beyond to check to see if the payment had gone through. At first it didn’t show anything, but she kept trying. Through her efforts, she found the payment, and a sigh of relief from me. Patricia was courteous, and very resourceful and determined to help me out, and for that I am grateful! Thank you Patricia!
