Having bought the Y1 GLB X recently from One Hockey Warehouse I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. The setup of the shop is extremely good with an Astro area to test a wide range of demo sticks including new seasons from all the big hockey brands. The staff are very pleasant and helpful giving you advice and helping you pick the right stick for you
If anyone is in the market for goalkeeping kit I would advise to visit OSW. Simon was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured I had a kit suited to me and how I prefer to play. Cannot recommend them enough.

The item had not been delivered before I was prompted to give a review. Following a poor review I was very quickly contacted by a representative of the company apologising and asking about how to put it right. They followed up the delivery and sent another replacement item. They waived the postage costs. The original delivery has now arrived and an additional glove is on the way. This was an excellent response and very much appreciated.

Placed my first order this week for some hockey gloves. I forgot to use the discount code when I processed the order so emailed to ask if anything could be done. I got a reply same day to say they had applied the discount. I also paid for next day delivery but Royal Mail did not fulfil that. Again, I emailed and One Sports refunded the postage difference even though it was not their fault. The gloves arrived well packaged and are perfect. Will definitely use One Sports Warehouse again

I took my son (who has just recently started playing hockey) and they could not have been more helpful. I never felt under any pressure and they even explained to my son (who was looking at an expensive stick) that it was not the right one for him. I will definitely be back when he needs more kit and would highly recommend.

Was recommended this place from a family friend and it didn't disappoint. We were looking for an upgrade on our daughter's hockey stick and the member of staff who dealt with us couldn't have been more helpful. He really listened to what my daughter wanted and gave some excellent suggestions within the price range I suggested. In fact, the stick we went for ended up being half of the budget I set and that was thanks to him. He really knew his stuff and didn't try to over-sell - just recommended what our daughter needed now. Our daughter got to try out all of the sticks in their mini court. All in all an excellent experience and they've made us life-long customers now.
