Al 21 dagen geleden mijn pakket retour gestuurd. En nog geen terugbetaling of nieuw product.(let op: in eerste instantie niet eens een juist product ontvangen).

I purchased three hoodies, one arrived with poor stitching around the neckline. I contacted the company immediately and informed them. Return postsge is at the expense of the customer even though one was faulty. The delivery cost I payed to recieve the order was £3.90 but they are charging me £21 to return a faulty item. I even asked if I could arrange and pay for my own return postage as it was working out much cheaper. They refused they stated I must use their returns process, I asked them to exolain these inflated return postage cost but they refused to answer this question. This experience has put me off and I would never purchase from this company again due to their exaggerated return postage costs. Which i believe is a way of putting customers off returning.

Company is fine for clothes zelf but at first the send me a jacket that was dirty so had to send it back over 10+ days of waiting I order I again and now I wait again more then 10 working days winter is almost over shit man You lazy ass take a different delivery give you 0 star

I recently purchased this jacket and I must say, it looks quite nice and seems to be of good quality. However, shortly after placing my order, I noticed that it had gone on sale. Since I hadn’t received the jacket yet, I contacted customer service to request the discounted price. To my surprise, I was told that the only way to receive the discount was to return the jacket once it arrives, pay the return shipping costs, and then place a completely new order. I find this policy unreasonable and unfair to customers, especially when the item hasn’t even been delivered. Although I believe the jacket itself will be fine, this experience has left me disappointed. I expected better service and more flexibility in handling such a simple request. Unfortunately, due to this, I can only give a rather poor review.

Son unos sinverguenzas de cuidado. Pedí una camiseta xs por error y necesitaba la L. Justamente al realizar el pedido lo vi, y pedí que cambiasen la xs por la L antes de enviarlo. Me dijeron que no podían cambiar nada, que tendría que pagar los gastos de envío del primer pedido, de la devolución y nuevamente del nuevo pedido si quería la L. Un horror, ya no compro más en Nude, SINVERGUENZAS

Llevo 12 días esperando mi pedido. Escribí porque no me aparecía el código de rastreo. Me mandan correos para que puntúe el servicio pero ninguno para decirme que mi pedido se va a retrasar o dónde está mi pedido.

The worst experience of online shopping ever. I made an order 10 days ago. Still my parcel hasn’t been dispatched. On the website it’s only a short message about delays. With no terms, no nothing. I contacted their customer care service. That’s another one disaster. An AI assistant gave a me a reply with no information. I contacted them on instagram, they have no information. I’m deeply disappointed in your service.

Estuve en su tienda de Madrid Realmente me gustó la tienda: la arquitectura es maravillosa, el marketing, los productos… todo es increíble. Sin embargo, los vendedores, son un poco arrogantes y parecen poco interesados en ofrecer un buen servicio al cliente., tardaron muuuucho en traerme unos jeans al probador y tuve que pedirle a dos vendedores diferentes y aun asi tardaron mucho en atenderme. Lo que es muy incómodo es tener que esperar por horas a entrar a la tienda y ni siquiera está llena , tienen que cambiar eso ! Por eso mi calificación no es más alta. Hice un pedido el 13/11 y aún sigue en estado de awaiting shipment. No sé cuando me va a llegar. Un desastre

Las personas que atienden todas muy amables, pacientes y un clima muy grato. La ropa ha sido de buena calidad.

Compré en la tienda de Fuencarral porque no hay tienda física en Mallorca. Sinceramente compré porque quería si o si unos vaqueros de la marca, y no controlaba de tallas… pero no repetiría. El concept Store chulisimo, pero la experiencia de compra un 0 a la izquierda. No me ofrecieron ayuda, pedí tallas y me tiraron el vaquero en la bolsa de plástico. Apoyados en la pared con el pie mascando chicle… criticando en voz alta de otra clienta que se había ido. Horrible. Soy Store manager para una firma firma… y eso no se lo permito a mi staff ni de broma. Si vuelvo a comprar será online
