Worked with Hyper Auto Transport on multiple loads. Excellent communication with precise and fast service. Will definitely choose them again if I get the chance.

I chose this company because they were quick to respond to my inquiry on transporting a car from Dallas to Charlotte. Bryan quoted me a price. We had quite a few conversations throughout. It was very reasonable - so he sent me a CONTRACT and I signed. THEN I get a call on the day before for him to tell me the price had gone up 50%!!! I told him -- we had a contract. He kept saying that they put it out for bid and nobody would do it for that amount. I told him that was not my problem at this point. In order to get my car back - with it being less than 24 hours - I agreed to an increase of 25%, but told him I was less than happy and would post this review. He kept telling me how little he was going to make on it. At this time -- or any time -- that is not my concern. The car has been delivered. The transporter was extremely easy to work with and I feel way more professional than Bryan or Hyper Auto who he was respresenting.
