Initial bad experience resolved! The day before they were to pick up my car they called me to tell me it would be an additional $200 to transport my car. Their excuse was they couldn’t find a 3rd party carrier w/o paying the extra money. Then, when the car was delivered it cost an extra $100 because they said the car was heavier than anticipated and they had to pay more $$ at the weigh stations. Total rip off. So I wrote the above review because of what I went through. Lo and behold, the company owner called me to find out what had taken place, as he was not aware of the issue. After speaking to him and sharing my concerns he immediately corrected the situation and reimbursed me for the $200. He also is filing a claim against the 3rd party carrier to get me back the other $100 I had to pay in order to get my car off the delivery truck. FINALLY someone cared enough to reach out to me, understand the issues and do something about it. I appreciate this and would now recommend using Hyper Auto Transport.

I worked with Andrew Kane on setting up a transport to ship a car. He was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions when I would call him. When I called to cancel my transport (situation changed) he was kind and understanding. The customer service was Awesome!
I was getting discouraged about hiring someone to move my car from AZ to Utah because I had read about a lot of bad experiences that people have had where they try to raise the price after picking it up and I had already paid a deposit to a company that never picked up the car but then they said they could schedule a driver for over twice the amount they had originally promised. Marcus at Hyper Auto Transport kept working on it and reaching out to me and he sounded very honest and sincere so I went with him. The price was exactly what he said it would be. The vehicle was picked up and delivered right when he said and Marcus and the driver both communicated well the entire time. I’m really grateful for them. Marcus saved me a lot of time and money moving that vehicle.
